Best meal delivery service ever! Yummy, excellent variety, super high quality, and healthy! The snacks in particular are incredible- tastes like a yummy treat but secretly you’re getting a bunch of protein. Really good value, very reasonably priced. Also love that it’s a local, women-owned business.

I cannot say enough good things about Nourished - they have been life-saving for me!!! I maintain an extremely busy schedule and am always on the go, and having my Nourished meals delivered to my door every week saves me so much time and stress. It gives me peace of mind knowing the meals are always clean and macro-friendly while also being DELICIOUS. I have only used Nourished a few times so far as a non-subscription customer. As someone who also is learning ways to add more plants to my diet, I am thankful that Nourished is one way I continue to achieve some of my personal diet goals! I have thoroughly enjoyed each of the meal sets I have ordered so far with the added bonus that I also feel good about where I believe the ingredient choices and sources also support my goals based on the information Nourished shares with their customers about their service. I’ve been using Nourished for almost a year now and absolutely LOVE it!! The convenience is amazing for a busy schedule and the meals are always delicious! They come prepped so all you have to do is reheat and you have an amazing healthy meal all ready to go! The owners are amazing and always are so creative in their fun healthy meals! I would 100% recommend nourished you will not be disappointed!

I absolutely love these meals. The convenience of being able to open my fridge knowing I’m getting high quality, healthy, and unique food is unmatched. The meals are consistently fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. The variety of food keeps it exciting!
